Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of hoteljobsusa.com and any order you place through it. Using the site or buying from it means you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If any part of them does not suit you, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Hoteljobsusa is the trading name of FIRESIDEBITE LLC, based in GAHANNA, OH. We sell Hospitality Home Supplies products through this online store only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are younger. You agree that the information you give us, including your name and delivery address, is accurate and complete, and that you will keep it up to date while an order is open.

3. Your account

If you create an account, the login details are yours to protect. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us at support@hoteljobsusa.com immediately if you suspect someone else has access.

4. Products and availability

Products are described on their own pages, with the materials, dimensions and capacities their makers state. Listings may be changed, corrected, restocked or withdrawn at any time without notice. Screen colours vary between devices, and small manufacturing variations are normal.

5. Prices, taxes and errors

Prices are shown on the site in US Dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax unless a page says otherwise. The full amount payable, including tax, is displayed at checkout before you confirm. Prices can change at any time. Where an obvious pricing or description error appears, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than be held to a mistake.

6. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock has run out, where a payment cannot be verified, or where an order looks fraudulent — and anything already taken is refunded.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel, write to support@hoteljobsusa.com as soon as you can. Because orders are processed quickly, an order already packed or handed to the carrier may no longer be cancellable, and will then be handled under the Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments, which operates to PCI-DSS standards; we do not store full card details. All charges are shown before you confirm, and nothing is added afterwards.

9. Shipping

We ship within the United States, to all 50 states, and not internationally. There is one service: free standard shipping with no minimum order. Processing takes 0-1 business days and transit typically 2-3 business days, with a tracking number emailed at dispatch. The Shipping Policy has the full detail and forms part of these Terms.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or the wrong item received, within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind and personal preference are not grounds for a return. The Refund and Returns Policy sets out the conditions, the timescales and how to start a claim, and forms part of these Terms.

11. Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with its operation or security, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
• Scrape, copy, mirror or republish its content without our written permission.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or anything designed to damage or overload our systems.
• Impersonate another person or submit details that are not yours to use.

12. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and other content of the site are owned by or licensed to Hoteljobsusa and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own use in connection with an order; anything else, including reproduction, distribution or commercial use, needs our written consent first.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis. We work to keep everything accurate and running, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, free of error, or free of harmful components. Products should be used for their intended purpose and in line with any instructions supplied with them.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hoteljobsusa and FIRESIDEBITE LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or your purchase of a product, including lost data, lost revenue or lost profit. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hoteljobsusa, FIRESIDEBITE LLC and the people who work with us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

16. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, why, and who processes it on our behalf.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and of the United States. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site is to be brought before the courts located in State of Ohio.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version is posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept it. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
