Five reusable straws in soft silicone, made wider than the usual sort so thick drinks actually move through them. Smoothies, milkshakes, bubble tea and iced coffee with a scoop of something in it all pass without the pull that collapses a paper straw.
The bend near the top brings the straw to the lips instead of the chin, which is why it is often chosen for sipping without creasing the skin around the mouth.
Silicone is soft on teeth and gums, which makes the set a safe option for children.
Trim them shorter to suit a particular glass or tumbler.
Five straws per set, in assorted colours so everyone at the table knows which one is theirs.
Reusable rather than thrown away after one drink. Rinse straight after use and wash through with a narrow brush.
