A round 27 L basket that folds completely flat when it is empty, which is the whole argument for it in a small flat: it stands by the shower while the washing piles up and slides behind a cupboard door the moment it is emptied.
Breathable fabric keeps air moving through damp towels instead of trapping a musty smell.
Built-in handles on both sides give a comfortable grip when it is full.
Light enough to carry one-handed to the machine or down a flight of stairs.
Wipes down with a damp cloth.
It does not have to be laundry either. The same basket swallows toys at the end of the day, holds blankets beside a sofa, or sorts clothes in a dorm room. A quiet, useful thing for a bathroom corner, a bedroom or a utility space.
